Senior / Principal Consultant – Tech, Data & Cyber | Brighton | Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact 360° role built for proven billers who want to scale their desk without the friction that usually comes with it. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle - business development, client management, candidate delivery - and you'll do it on your terms, backed by some of the best tools and support in the market.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Own the full 360° recruitment cycle across Tech, Data, or Cyber markets
• Drive business development and grow client accounts from first conversation to long-term partnership
• Source and place top-tier talent in fast-paced, competitive markets
• Tap into an established network of 2,500+ clients and 2 million+ candidates from day one
• Work with a dedicated in-house marketing team to build your pipeline
• Shape your desk your way - with full autonomy and zero micromanagement

Who You Are

You've got at least 2 years of 360 recruitment experience in Tech, Data, or Cyber, and you've got the billings to prove it. You're commercially sharp, great with clients, and you know how to find and place exceptional people in competitive markets. Most importantly, you're ready for an environment that gets out of your way and lets you perform.

• 2+ years of 360° recruitment experience in Tech, Data, or Cyber
• Proven track record of winning and growing client accounts
• Strong ability to source and place top-tier talent consistently
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
