Marketing Coordinator Role\n\nFull-time, permanent position\n\nLocation: 5 days in Canary Wharf\n\nNeed to have construction experience\n\nWith a Tier 1 Main Contractor\n\nMain Responsibilities\n\nContent\n\nDevelop high-quality written, visual, and short‑form video content aligned to brand guidelines.\nCapture and repurpose photography and basic video for social and digital use (site visits, people features & project updates).\nSupport the creation of campaign assets (graphics, reels, animations & infographics).\nCreate content to support our employee value proposition\nWork with external photographers, videographers, and creative partners when required.\nAssist in the creation of presentations and capability documents \n\nSocial Media Management\n\nManage and schedule regular content across LinkedIn.\nProactively identify opportunities for stories, posts, and support for campaigns across the business.\nCreate content from events, groundbreakings, milestones, conferences, and community activities.\nMonitor channel performance and audience sentiment, escalating reputational risks when needed. \n\nWebsite Management\n\nUpload and update website content including news stories, case studies, project pages.\nEnsure content is accurate, current, and aligned with the companies messaging.\nOptimise pages for SEO and user experience under guidance from the Communications Leads. \n\nAnalytics & Reporting\n\nProduce monthly performance dashboards covering social media, website analytics, and campaign KPIs.\nProvide insights and recommendations to continuously improve digital engagement and reach.\nBenchmark the companies overall performance against competitors and industry leaders.
