RCQ Associates is hiring!

To augment our market leading position, we are searching for an Associate Consultant, who has a strong work ethic and the ability to work at pace, whilst managing multiple priorities.

This position is likely to suit an individual with some previous work experience, ideally within a corporate, office based environment, who is hungry and motivated. In this role, and on the back of hard work, you should expect to be earning above £100k within 12-18 months.

The role will involve obtaining new clients for the business, as well as identification of appropriate talent for our current clients.

Confidence and proactivity with regards to business development will be essential.

As you will be instrumental in identifying talent, defining and refining shortlists and managing the process from client briefing through to successful completion; you must be organised, possess strong attention to detail and have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key attributes we are seeking:

• A strong academic background with intellectual curiosity
• The ability to pick up technical concepts quickly, with good attention to detail
• Excellent analytical capability
• The ability to work autonomously and at pace
• Self motivated, with the desire to excel

Please note that this position is to support our US team and although will be UK based, there will be evening hours required where necessary.
