Operatives are patched to one area per day to minimise travel and improve efficiency.\n\nRole and Responsibilities\n\nYou will be responsible for carrying out a range of electrical works within occupied and void social housing properties, including:\n\n * Fault finding and diagnostics\n\n * Electrical testing and remedial works\n\n * EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports)\n\n * Void property works\n\n * Consumer unit and electrical upgrades\n\n * Full and partial rewires\n\n * Boiler wire-ups\n\n * Electrical maintenance\n\n * Emergency repairs\n\nRequirements\n\n * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n\n * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation\n\n * AM2 Qualification\n\n * ECS Gold Card\n\n * 2391 Inspection & Testing Qualification (desirable)\n\n * Full UK Driving Licence\n\n * Previous social housing experience\n\nBenefits\n\n * Permanent, full-time position\n\n * Company van and fuel card provided\n\n * Bonus scheme paid when jobs are completed on target\n\n * 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays\n\n * Daily work allocated within a designated patch\n\n * Ongoing, stable workload
