The successful candidate will help clients navigate the complexities of leveraging data effectively to drive strategic business outcomes and will take ownership of delivery from day one.

Responsibilities:

• Help clients embed data into their ways of working, translating strategy into lasting behavioural and organisational change.

• Support senior relationship leads in business development activities.

• Manage and develop junior consultants on engagements.

• Contribute to practice methodologies, tools and ways of working.

• Plan and facilitate client workshops, from discovery sessions to strategic prioritisation.

• Produce high-quality client deliverables, including diagnostics, strategies, operating models and roadmaps.

• Translate complex data situations into clear narratives for Executive Committee and Director-level stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in data strategy, data maturity and/or data transformation.

• A track record of leading projects or workstreams with support from senior leadership.

• Experience engaging confidently with senior client stakeholders.

• Exposure to data governance, operating models, data literacy and business adoption programmes.

• Understanding of organisational adoption, culture and capability building as critical components of successful data transformation.

• Solid understanding of the data landscape, including governance, legal considerations, architecture concepts, Master Data Management (MDM), technology and BI tooling.

• Ability to assess organisational data maturity and develop credible transformation roadmaps.

• Appreciation of both the technical and organisational dimensions of data transformation.
